No, you don’t need to be there but if you prefer to be, we can work around you.

We charge a flat $20 surchage for pets. We love your pets but sometimes their fur makes dusting and cleaning a little bit more difficult. We ask that you notify us during the booking process if you have any pets.

We understand that things come up but we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice before you cancel. We will reschedule for free depending on our availability.

Most of our cleaning products are eco-friendly, except some industrial agents for deep cleans. Additionally, our steam cleaners are eco-friendly by default as they only require steam and water.

We find it helpful when our clients have tidied up; laundry in the laundry basket, dishes in the dishwasher etc. However if this is not done, we will assist in tidying up minor items in addition to cleaning.
